After a month-long pause, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has resumed Express Entry draws by issuing 2,985 invitations to apply (ITAs) to Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates on May 30, 2024. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required was a staggering 676, indicating that nearly all PNP candidates in the pool were likely invited.

This program-specific draw, the first since the introduction of category-based selection draws in June 2023, targeted only PNP candidates rather than inviting applicants from all programs.
